I tried ProLon before getting my blood work done. My cholesterol came back lower than it was last time. It wasn’t a big drop. But it was enough to make me happy. The food was just okay, though. So I’d give it 4 stars...

I tried ProLon Fast mostly to see if it would make any difference with my blood sugar. After maybe 3 or 4 days, things did seem a little more steady overall, but I also had a couple low dips and felt shaky one time. The food was fine, not terrible, but not something I’d be excited to eat again either. I’d say it might help for some people, but you really have to keep an eye on your numbers while you’re doing it.

I went in not fully trusting it because I’ve been burned by products like this before that make big promises and end up tasting chalky or weird. The soups were actually smooth, and the bars had a decent chew to them, so the texture was better than I expected. Still, it’ll take a bit more consistency before I feel totally confident buying again

The box showed up looking neat and everything was packed really securely. Nothing was crushed, loose, or messy at all. I’m guessing they probably put a little extra care into their shipping, because it definitely arrived in great shape. Happy with it overall

My digestion does feel better since using it, though I still get some mild bloating here and there

The soups were actually flavorful, and the bars were my favorite since they were just the right amount of sweet. A few items took a little getting used to, but nothing was bad. The whole process was really easy to follow too, which made sticking with the fasting kit a lot less intimidating...

I picked this up after seeing a few other people say it was worth it, and I’d agree for the most part. It feels like a good value, especially if you can get it on sale. At full price, I’d probably think twice, but with a discount it’s definitely worth considering.

Everything tasted super fresh, so I was happy with it. Just wish the shipping was a bit quicker, ya know? Other than that, it was dang good.

I’d say the meals had a good mix day to day, like I didn’t feel stuck eating the same thing over and over, which is what I was worried about. The soups did start to feel a little similar sometimes, not bad exactly, just kind of like, oh okay, this vibe again. But overall there was enough variety that it kept things interesting.

I’ll admit I already had it in my head that products with cleaner ingredients are usually better, and this kind of confirmed that for me. The ingredient lists didn’t feel full of weird stuff, which I appreciated. A few items were definitely tastier than others, but overall the quality felt solid. I’m taking off one star mainly because the price is a bit high.

I ordered from prolonfast.com and, the shipping was solid. Like, I figured it might take a bit, but I got the tracking info fast and the package actually came when it was supposed to.

Nothing weird happened, no chasing it down or sitting there wondering where the thing went. It was just order, tracking, delivery, done. Happy with it and I’d order again.

ProLon fit into my routine way easier than I expected, and after it I felt a little lighter and more mindful about food. Ordering was super easy too, no biiig fuss or anything.
